About Us
Welcome to LosGatosBaby.com 🐾

Feline information you can trust
That is why we put so much care into how we work:
We are an editorial team that researches, verifies, and translates what credible sources have to say —the FDA, the ASPCA, peer-reviewed veterinary studies— so you do not have to read a complex research paper at two in the morning while your cat is throwing up.
The internet is full of cat blogs pretending to have veterinarians on staff. We prefer something much more useful: telling you where every piece of data comes from so you can check it yourself.
How We Work
- We cite the source for every major claim. If we read that half a tablet of acetaminophen can put a cat into a coma, we tell you who says so and where.
- We rely on serious sources. Behind every recommendation is reference veterinary and health documentation, not just random internet opinions.
- We keep everything up to date. We review and update every article with the best available information so you can rely on what you read.
- We tell you to call the vet. In every health article. It is not just a legal disclaimer to cover ourselves: it is truly what you should do.
What You Will Find Here
- Nutrition: what your cat can eat, what they cannot, and what to do if they already ate it.
- Health: symptoms you should not ignore, first aid, and when it is a true emergency.
- Behavior: why your cat does what they do, stripped of myths.
- Breeds and Care: practical, everyday information.
What We Will Never Do
Replace your veterinarian. No article —ours or anyone else's— can examine your cat. If you suspect something is wrong, call. Always.
Make up numbers. When reliable data does not exist, we say so. An exact figure that nobody has measured is not information: it is noise disguised as rigor.
